10-Step Framework

Our Search Process

A thorough, quality-assured process that ensures every candidate placed is the right fit — technically, culturally, and strategically.

Every engagement follows the same rigorous framework — adapted to the unique needs of each search.

1

The process starts with the Influx Sourcing team understanding the client's needs, business domain, current organisation structure, style of operation, culture, and role linkages.

2

Assignment coordinates are frozen with mutual consent and an elaborate Search Brief is written and approved by the client, covering job responsibilities, critical attributes, candidate profile, reporting relationship, and expected career trajectory — alongside macro factors like industry outlook and micro factors like recruitment timeframe.

3

The search strategy is worked out by the Search Head, streamlining the search across key verticals, geographies, comparators, and demographic requirements.

4

Mapping of both the client's requirement and the individual's career aspirations. Candidates are engaged in depth to understand their perspective and motivations.

5

An in-depth evaluation of candidates is carried out to choose the right fit before presenting to the client — ensuring only the strongest profiles reach your desk.

6

The shortlist is refined to the strongest matching candidates, balancing technical credentials, leadership qualities, and cultural alignment.

7

On receiving the shortlist, meetings and interactions between the client and candidates are coordinated. Additional candidates are developed in parallel to maintain a continuous pipeline of viable options.

8

Ongoing communication with the client ensures the process flows smoothly. Feedback is sought on every candidate. Once the client confirms selection, reference and credential verification is completed at the offer stage.

9

Influx Sourcing acts as an extended brand ambassador for clients, aligning the selected candidate with the client's business vision ahead of onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

10

A defined back-up stream of candidates is maintained throughout the engagement, so clients can meet their business objectives even if circumstances change.
